Trade mission to Serbia

P2GreenEST Project will organize a trade mission to Belgrade, Serbia from 27^th to 30^thof November 2023, in the framework of EcoFair and International Energy Fair.

After several months  of collaborative work within P2GreenEST project, a market screening and an analysis of the needs and difficulties of SMEs in expanding abroad, but also a discovery visit to Serbia, we are ready to offer you our free services to help you to get international  in Serbia.

Serbia is a developing country with the status of candidate country to the European Union. To meet European standards, Serbia needs to make the ecological and energy transition.  To this end, a tailored made international mission  will be organised to meet your individual needs.

Please note that our P2GreenEST teams will support you free of charge* before, during and after the mission in order to achieve tangible results.

Before the mission we offer you:

• 1 bilateral meeting to identify your development needs in these countries, your know-how and your solutions.
•  1 joint meeting with the other participants in the mission to get to know you better and to find out all the details about the mission (e.g. participation of French, Romanian and Spanish companies, etc.).
• A personal agenda with at least 10 qualified meetings with local stakeholders in your sector of activity (local companies, public authorities, representatives of local ministries and development agencies).

The agenda of the trade mission will include:

• November 27th  2023 - a Business Forum at Serbia Chamber of Commerce, elevator pitches
• November 28th  2023- Visit to EcoFair and Energy fair. Bilateral meetings
• November 29^th 2023 - Visit to relevant companies/stakeholders  in Serbia

*You will only be responsible for your travel and accommodation expenses.

✈About ECOFAIR and ENERGETIKA

International Fair of Environment and Natural Resources Protection – EcoFair is the largest and the most representative get together of this type in the region. It has got the economic / educational character and it is devoted to the environment protection systems and mechanisms. The central topics are Green Economy, recycling industry and waste management..

International Energy Fair (with UFI license) is the largest annual regional get together of companies, corporations, enterprises, institutions and professionals dealing with electric power, coal, oil and gas, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and mining. Both the exhibiting and conference sections of the Energy Fair include all thematic sub-levels – from scientific research work, through production and excavation, to enhancing, distribution, transport, warehousing or direct use of natural resources. It carries with good reason the sign of an international event, but the focus is on its market character, i.e. the opportunity to feature and connect the investors, equipment manufacturers, the relevant administration, financial institutions and Local Self-Governments.
