The Coordinating Council
The Cluster Coordination Council (CCC) is the deliberative body of the Cluster, which sets out the vision, policy and strategy for the development of the Cluster.
The Cluster Coordination Council is made up of all those representatives who wish to play an active role in the development of the Cluster.
Each organization may sovereignly decide to withdraw at any time the mandate of its own representative and to appoint another representative through a written request signed by the head of the respective organization, addressed to the CCC. The change becomes effective when the organization receives confirmation from the CCC that it has become aware of this replacement.
The Council meets half-yearly or whenever necessary, when convened by the President of the Cluster.
The President is the representative body of the Cluster, being the President of the Cluster Coordination Council. The President of the Cluster engages the organization in its relations with the third parties it represents.
The President may delegate part of his duties to the Coordination Council members.
