Innoenergy Hub Romania is a consortium of four partners, Iceberg Consulting SPL, Green Energy Innovative Biomass Cluster, Repom SPL and PATRES that bring together key startups in energy related field from Centru Region, Romania and beyond.

eseia is an association of cross-sector organisations leading the field of sustainable energy systems, from energy provision to energy consumption in research, teaching and innovation. eseia has been validated under the Horizon 2020 as a non-profit research organisation.
3. Founding partner of the ESCP-4i (European Strategic Cluster Partnership) Cosmenerg4i
The partnership was awarded with the label 'COSMENERG-4i Internationalisation in renewable energy and environmental technologies towards ASEAN and Middle East Markets'. With this label, the EC (EASME) recognise COSMENERG-4i partnership's commitment to support SMEs internationalisation beyond Europe, and thereby contributing to the European Commission's objectives to boost growth, jobs, and investment in Europe as expressed in COSMENERG-4i partnership's ESCP-4i Charter.

The Cluster has been mentioned as best practice model in the EU-financed projects Promobio (Promotion of regional bioenergy initiatives), ADC (mobilising public support for entrepreneurial cooperation in the strategic productive sectors of South East Europe), Ecrein+ (exchange experiences with the aim to develop tools and actions to implement innovative regional policies supporting eco-innovation and eco-businesses), Proactive Change, TREC-Danube (a transnational network of regional clusters in the field of renewable energy and BIO4ECO projects.
